I started my claim just under 3 years ago. Greenbank were very good right from the off, arranging for someone to come to the house to conduct a hearing test, then very comprehensive telephone calls establishing the full case. My solicitor Mr Asim Akber was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, keeping me appraised throughout the quite lengthy process. Well everyone knows how hard it is to get money from a government run organisation. But Asim at Greenbank Lawyer fought my case for my loss of hearing against the MOD.
