I can only encourage you to employ them to take on your case against the MoD for your noise induced hearing loss due to noise experienced in military service.There was a delay in processing my claim because the MOD were slow to provide my medical records. Asim and his Team kept me informed throughout, with constant updates and explanation on where we were through all the stages of the claim.They took on my case against the MoD and helped me to successfully gain a considerable compensation payout of over £10,000 this did not include an additional amount when i didn’t accept the initial MoD offer, with Asim recommending we went for a very successful counter offer.
